PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES
We ship for free using priority shipping, which usually arrives within 2 business days. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday excluding national holidays. Weekend and national holiday orders will be processed on the following business day. Order processing time is approximately one day for careful item packaging, handling, and shipping.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING
Orders for Express delivery must be placed before 11:00 AM EST Monday-Friday. All orders outside of these times will be processed the next business day. Please call us at 1-855-9-BOM-BOM if you have an urgent matter and we will be happy to assist you to meet your needs.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently offer international priority shipping that arrives within 6-10 days. The customer is responsible for all taxes and duties incurred. If you require the item faster, please contact us directly for your order at 1-855-9-BOM-BOM (1-855-926-6266) or info@bombomjewelry.com and we will arrange to ship your order within the day.

PACKAGING
We place all of the jewelry pieces in either a black packaging or an exclusive bombom Jewelry white box (depending on the size of the item). Please state a preference in the notes section in checkout if you prefer a specific type of packaging. We can also include special gift notes and cards. If you need any special gift packaging, please e-mail us or call us and we will be happy to accommodate you.

Checking your web order status is easy and fast when registered with bombomjewelry.com. It’s the most convenient shopping experience for our customers and helps you to avoid checkout delays by not having to re-enter credit card and shipping information once registered. Go to Account page to register for an account.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
bombom Jewelry is grateful to each and every customer and your satisfaction is our top priority. We will offer 100% free returns and exchanges within 3 days upon receiving the item if you are unhappy with your purchase so you have enough time to receive your item, try it on, and decide if it is right for you. Just let us know and we will email you a return label to print.

If you are not satisfied with your order after 3 days, we will still offer a full refund if you mail us the item up to 7 business days from the date of receipt. Returns will be accepted for exchange or store credit for up to 15 business days from the date of receipt, which may be applied towards your next purchase. The exchange order must meet or exceed the credit amount; a credit can not be processed for remaining funds.

We currently only offer Returns and Exchanges to our customers in the US. If you are an international customer, please contact us directly.

Please include a copy of your invoice and all original items shipped with the package. Enclose the packing slip with the item(s) and ship to:

If you would like to return an item for an exchange, please include the name of the replacement piece and your payment information (if the new order will exceed the original total).

Please allow up to two weeks for a return to process. Once your return has been processed, please allow two to three business days for the refund to appear on the credit card.

ORDER CANCELLATION
You may cancel an order without penalty if the order has not shipped. If an order is cancelled after it has shipped, shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

bombom guarantees that we will keep your personal information in strictest confidence. Names, email address, and any other personal information remains completely secure under our corporate guidelines. We will never sell or share your information with any other company. If you do subscribe to receive emails from us and later change your mind, simply follow the unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of any email you receive from us.

Sales tax is applied only to those shipping address’ that are located within New York State, Pennsylvania, and Florida.

RING SIZING

We want to make sure that our rings fit you perfectly. We use standard ring sizing. In order to measure your ring size, take a piece of string or strip of paper and wrap around the finger you plan to wear the ring. Make sure to not wrap it tightly. Straighten out the string or paper and measure the length. Compare below to find your ring size. Please call us if you need any help at all in measuring your size!

PRODUCT CARE

Our goal is to provide you with the highest quality standards. bombom Jewelry is made by artisans who are specialists in their craft, therefore proper care is needed to preserve your jewelry.

Take care to avoid exposing jewelry to chemicals and put on jewelry after you dress to avoid contact with cosmetics/perfumes. Store jewelry in its original case to avoid scratches. The best way to store jewelry when not in use is in a ziplock bag. When using jewelry cleaners, please ensure that it is the proper cleaner for the metal in the jewelry and avoid cleaning any gemstones or pearls.

Pearls-Wipe pearls with a soft cloth after wearing. Do not let pearls come in contact with perfumes, hairsprays, or lotions. Store in a airtight ziplock bag for best care.

Silver-Store in airtight ziplock bags in a cool dry place. Use a polishing cloth to clean your silver jewelry.

Gold plating- Make sure to take off the jewelry before washing hands, using lotions, doing sports, or any type of cleaning. Only clean with a soft cloth. Do not use any cleaning solutions.
